Advertising Policies
All advertisements are accepted and published upon representation that the agency and advertiser are authorized to publish the entire contents and subject matter thereof. In consideration of the publisher's acceptance of such advertisements for publication, the agency and advertiser will indemnify and save the publisher harmless from and against any losses or expense arising out of the publication of such advertisements, including, without limitations, losses or expenses resulting from claims or suits for libel, and copyright infringement.
The publisher shall not be subject to any liability whatsoever for the failure to publish or circulate all (or any part of) an issue or issues due to strikes, work stoppages, accidents, fire, acts of God or any other circumstance not within the control of the publisher. Advertisements that, in the judgment of the publisher, blur the line between editorial content and advertising, are not accepted. The word "advertisement" shall be printed at the top of advertisements that either carry no signature or resemble editorial material. InsideFlyer reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertising, for any reason, at any time.
While InsideFlyer does its best to satisfy any requests by agencies and advertisers concerning specific placement of ads within the magazine, we can only guarantee the final placement of advertisement providing that space is available.
Submittal of advertisement to InsideFlyer constitutes acceptance to the above policies. Our advertising space is available at a cost consistent with our desire to remain a fair source of information for our readers.
