Printing/Binding
InsideFlyer is printed on a web press and saddle-stitched.

Production Requirements
All advertising should be provided in a digital format. Required format for advertisements is hi-res PDF or EPS file with all fonts and images imbedded. The following software is acceptable: Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop. Four color ads must be in CMYK color; Pantone and RGB colors must be converted to CMYK. Ship ads on disk accompanied by a direct digital contract proof (Kodak Approval or comparable quality) to ensure that the advertisement is printed correctly. Remakes due to incorrect file preparation are the responsibility of the advertiser. For any questions regarding digital specifications, please contact the Advertising Coordinator at (719) 572-2717.

Bleeds
Artwork for bleeds must allow a minimum of 1/8" on outside edges of page. Bleeds are only recommended for full-page ads.

Publication Dates
Monthly publication: InsideFlyer magazine is delivered prior to the first of each month.
Deadlines: See editorial calendar for space reservation closing dates and ad material due dates.
Cancellation: Must be in writing and submitted 60 days prior to closing date, or advertiser will be subject to a 50 percent cancellation fee.
